I've also been doing the 121 coaching with Alexa and have found myself becoming much more aware of WHY I'm reaching for the bad stuff, which is definitely a first step to addressing the issue and I have become more mindful about my choices. I think this is because its more than just a food diary, it's real feedback and accountability!
