Our wellbeing programme is the ultimate package to achieving the lifestyle and goals that you want!  Whilst we are flourished with images of beautiful yoga poses and full days spent in the kitchen to create that one picture perfect meal, for the majority of us (including myself) that is not reality!

The wellbeing programme looks at you as an individual and takes into consideration your current lifestyle, stress levels, food habits, daily movement, sleep, relationships, time restrictions, family demands etc to create a plan that will be suited just to you and your life. 

The programme will start with a phone consultation where we will have a very informal chat to really dig down to what your goals are and what you would like to achieve with The Fresh Life.  I will then create your bespoke plan which will be sent out to your home address and will include recipes, meal plan examples, coaching tools and templates for you to use going forward to track your food diary and mood charts.  You will then be supported for 6 weeks with weekly one to one coaching to discuss your food diary and your lifestyle steps.  

When it comes to diet, there really is no one size fits all so this gives you the perfect opportunity to create a lifestyle that will work for you in a sustainable way!
