The Fresh Life food philosophy is to eat healthy, unprocessed foods that will fuel your mind and body. We focus on crowding out our plates with nutrient dense foods and eating intuitively.
You will be supported with The Fresh Life recipes that are simple to make and with ingredients available from the supermarket. As a mother of three, these recipes are also family friendly so there is no need to cook different meals and your family will benefit from eating well too!
Access to meal plan inspiration is also available to ensure you are well planned and prepared.

One of the most important steps to Living The Fresh Life is having a strong and healthy mindset and learning how to listen to and trust your body. No more letting that chimp brain tell you that you will start again on Monday!
You will have access to 1 weekly group coaching call that will not only teach you the latest tips from behavioural change coaching but also to give you that accountability to check in and get support where needed.
